Bolton isn't simply an area on an investment map for us. It's home. We're based here and have built years of experience investing and managing property locally.
Being local means we can view opportunities quickly, remain close to refurbishment projects and directly manage the properties we retain.

Price isn't always the only consideration when someone sells a property.
Sometimes the property needs substantial work. Sometimes it's vacant. Sometimes the seller simply wants a straightforward transaction with someone who understands what they're buying.

Open to the right conversation.
Our principal focus is investing our own capital and developing our own properties and projects. We're not actively seeking outside investment.
We are, however, open to working alongside other investors where there is a compelling opportunity and a sensible fit.
